Carlie Manto is a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides psychotherapy, cognitive rehabilitation, and psychometry services. Carlie has experience in facilitating group and individual psychotherapy with adults using behavioral-focused, trauma-informed therapies. She utilizes treatment methods that include Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness Strategies, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy to collaboratively work on the goals the client wishes to achieve. She has clinical experience in intensive outpatient and partial care settings providing care to adult populations with a variety of psychological issues such as mood and personality disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. Carlie’s therapeutic approach is to provide support to clients and effectively address challenges that they are facing by using strength-based, interpersonal approaches to alleviate their day-to-day stressors.
Carlie received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Sociology at East Stroudsburg University in 2017. She then pursued her Masters of Arts with an Education Specialty in Professional Counseling at Seton Hall University in 2019. She is a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA) and is pursuing her National Board Counselor Certification (NBCC).
